
One Day Movement Retreat

Service Description
Phoebe Gray and Anna Perry invite you to join our one day retreat, designed around nourishing movement, nature and wellbeing. The retreat includes: - Co-taught strength-focused exercise session - Co-taught mat Pilates session - Guided hike in the south downs - Nourishing lunch provided by Boul Kitchen - Workshop on using exercise to support positive body image with Dr Phoebe Gray All movement sessions are mixed ability. Come alone or with a friend or two. We will make sure everyone feels welcome and included! To book, go to 12th April in the booking calendar and select One Day Movement Retreat. All retreat bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your booking may be transferred to another person provided we are notified at least 7 days prior to the retreat start date.
