I provide flexible pricing for personal training sessions. Choose single sessions or cost-effective packages for personalized guidance. If none of these options suit you, please feel free to contact me to discuss!

1 session
£60
If you'd like to pay as you go, this is a good option for you. I offer the first session free, this is a chance for me to learn about you and your goals and for you to learn about my approach. Get in touch if you'd like to book your first session free.

10 sessions
£550
A 10 session package is a good option if you'd like to do just one session per week. This option works well for people who would like some regular support and help with motivation. If it feels right for you, I can write you a home or gym workout programme to compliment your sessions.

20 sessions
£1000
The 20 session package works out slightly cheaper per hour, and works well if you'd like to do 2 or 3 sessions per week. I can support you through all of your gym-based workouts and we can work together to help you figure out other ways you can improve your health and wellbeing.
