"It was one of my favourite parts of the day. It’s not often I actively think about my own body image, so it was useful to have the space to do that. So interesting, too, to realised how systemic issues are. The biggest takeaway was about decoupling appearance from movement - and remembering to move for its own sake - not just to look a certain way, or achieve a specific goal. That also made me think about what physical activity I do and why, and what I’d like to change."
