
Morning Movement Retreat

Service Description
Phoebe Gray and Anna Perry invite you to join our morning retreat, designed around nourishing movement, nature and wellbeing and informed by research on positive body image. Our October retreat includes: - Co-taught strength session with Phoebe and Anna - Co-taught mat Pilates session with Phoebe and Anna - Guided hike in the south downs - Croissants and fruit - Mini positive body image workshop with Dr Phoebe Gray All movement sessions are mixed ability and very much beginner friendly. Come alone or with a friend or two. It's a small group, we make sure everyone feels welcome and included and the retreats are a lovely supportive atmosphere! To book, go to 25th October in the booking calendar and select Morning Movement Retreat. Mats are provided but please feel free to bring your own if you prefer. Cancellation Policy
All retreat bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, your booking may be transferred to another person provided we are notified at least 7 days prior to the retreat start date.
